Unreliable Appointments I made an appointment two weeks ago for a safety recall. They said to leave vehicle at dealer and they would need it all day. I followed up on text massages and confirmations before day of repair. I left my vehicle at dealer at 10:20 (appointment was for 10:30). I get a call at the end of the day advising they “couldn’t get to it today.” This is absolutely unacceptable. Now, I am driving around in a vehicle with a safety recall open and short a day of work because of them. More
