Unreliable Appointments I made an appointment two weeks ago for a safety recall. They said to leave vehicle at dealer and they would need it all day. I followed up on text massages and confirmations before day of repair. I left my vehicle at dealer at 10:20 (appointment was for 10:30). I get a call at the end of the day advising they “couldn’t get to it today.” This is absolutely unacceptable. Now, I am driving around in a vehicle with a safety recall open and short a day of work because of them. More
Tired of the Service Writer All this guy wants to do is spend my money for me. Was recommended to me I needed 4 tires when in fact my tires don't have 15,000 miles on them. Last time he told me my brakes and rotors were no good yet when I went for an inspection elsewhere they had NO PROBLEM with my vehicle. Yesterday all I wanted was an oil change its listed on the board for 29.95, he told me the tire rotation was included yet i spent 60+ dollars. But he did do a recall for me that was needed. I say I wouldn't recommend only because of this service advisor More
