We understand your frustration and that is why we worked with the manufacturer to help out with your situation, they generously offered to help out with $1,200 towards the repairs which we strongly feel you should have accepted the offer instead of declining it. Calling and cursing out our employees is unacceptable as we value our customers and are dedicated to providing the best possible service and treat every customer with the same respect. Amy, it’s nice to know you exist. You are one of the people that I left several messages for over the past 7 months and not received a single call back or response from. That being said, your response is a weak and laughable attempt to save face online. First off, it’s not your place to strongly advise what I should or should not accept. The fact $1200 was offered implies some responsibility, but I’ve been attempting to reach Gary because I did not believe it was enough. There is nothing wrong with the part that was installed the problem was with the installer that used too much or possibly the wrong glue - again that’s an installer issue, not a part malfunction. Why would I want to pay you more money to do job again that you didn’t do correctly the first time??? The only employee who got cursed out was the GM Gary because he’s a dirt bag that avoided my calls for 7 months and told me that was not unusual- be better Gary that’s embarrassing!!!! As far as returning to your dealership, I have not taken my vehicle back since this incident and never would. Nobody at your dealership can be trusted, from the mechanics to the service managers and all the way up to the GM. I told Gary I’d never be back so your reply sounds like the person who got broken up with and says you don’t break up with me I break up with you. It’s pathetic. Chapman ownership - I hope you are reading these comments. You need to get in there and clean house. These people you have employed are giving you a bad name. Literally anybody who is capable of returning a phone call would be better than most of the staff you have.

Hello Brooke, After reviewing your experience with Chapman's service department and investigating the issue, the fuse-array was shorted and caused the issue with the light, there was no “melted hose”. This could have happened beacuse the Jeep being jump-started incorrectly by someone, as you indicated the tow company had to jump start the Jeep. Upon delivery when your Jeep was serviced on 4/1/24 the battery light would have been on consistently and stayed on solid. When the Jeep was back in for service, your service advisor took you to where your vehicle was located and showed you the area of concern that was shorted. The fuse-array is nowhere near the area worked on/repaired. We internally took care of $425 for customer satisfaction. In regards to the review you pulled, that review was not related to a battery repair, nor was it the same issue or concern. We are sorry you feel that way about our service department. You should check on your service dept. I called three times to ensure a loner or rental was available, I was assured there would be at time of drop off. Got there no one knew anything about it. My truck has been there since 7 am Tuesday for a SCHEDULED appointment, it is five days later and just talked to service and no one has even looked at the truck and no one has any idea when I should expect it back! Worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I encourage everyone to go somewhere that is professional and treats you with common respect!!!
