Friendly reminder to stay away from this place. Their technicians do poor work. Their customer service is even worse, after they screw you over they won’t talk to you. Lastly their leadership is sleazy - Gary the GM ignored my weekly calls for 6 months and corporate was no help!!! Save yourself the headache!!!! Go anywhere, but here. It’s too bad I’m forced to give them 1 star because they don’t deserve it!!!
This is a classic shady car dealerships. I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair. It took 9 months to get the part with no contact from service except for my constant follow ups. The part was poorly installed by their team which they failed to take responsibility for. The service manager Adrian ignored my calls for months then blamed lower level staff. The GM, Gary Brewer, is a s dirtbag that took 7 months to call me back. The Chapman corporate office provided no assistance.
This review is about the Chapman dealership for Dodge ram Chrysler Jeep. I saw on their advertisement on their web for a ram 2500. It was a 2014 ram longhorn and I was interested in it. I called and talked to the salesman Quinton Middlebrooks who explained the vehicle to me and we set up a date and time for us to meet and go over what was required for me to purchase this 2500 Ram Long Horn. I arrived at Chapman Chrysler, Ram, Jeep in Scottsdale Arizona. The truck was already pulled up in front of the sales area for me to look at up close and personal . Clinton is a relatively new salesman for Chapman Dealership and he was very attentive and answered all my questions. If he was not sure about the answer he immediately checked with another salesman to make sure he had the correct answer. We went for a test ride in the most beautiful used truck I have ever seen. Upon returning to the dealership I was directed to his office and began filling out the application to start the buying process. You’re the time I was at Chapman dealership. I was introduced to other people in their south and area and also with the finance department and was offered copy. Anything else that I needed? Everyone was very professional very friendly and any questions I have they took my application and came back and we started the process of moving forward. I had a 2004 Ford pick up that I was going to use as a trade-in and they took it in at the mechanic area service area check it out and put a value on the trade-in as the talk went on. I was never pressured to buy this truck. I was always treated in the most professional manner that I would say was the best buying experience of an automobile that I’ve had in my entire life and I have bought a lot of cars. Clinton was always Johnny on the spot making sure that I knew exactly what the status was in my application if there was anything else they needed, and I was making sure that I was comfortable and a very relaxed, friendly professional dealership.i am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a very clean 2014 Ram 2500 Long Horn which has a lot of extras on it including a 5th wheel hitch. After the sale was completed Clinton gave me the keys and then personally sat inside the truck and went over the different features of my truck making sure that I understood how they operated and pointing out a lot of the features that I was not aware of. I was given a complete CARFAX report at no cost and also a list of what was included in my truck. The dealership accepted my trade in and Clinton was there to assist me in transferring my personal property into my Ram 2500. His immediate help in making sure that I had the best experience I have ever had. Thank you Clinton and Chapman Dealership for working with me and making sure that I had a terrific experience. I will recommend Clinton Middlebrooks and Chapman Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep Dealership to all my friends and family.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. My Ram sat in their shop for one month while they waited for a part, and I was without a truck. They refused to offer a loaner car. To top it off, they then charged me too much. I'll never go back. I'll never buy another Ram. Negative stars would be too good for these guys.
I recently had a service nightmare, the dreaded “Check Engine Light” and I’m about to begin a massive roadtrip that’ll take me to very rural places. Well, Gary Cluff saved me. Purely and simply, he’s a saint for immediately helping me. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with my issue. He addressed all of my needs and more, he solved the issue right away, and he saved the day and single handedly saved my trip. I know that dealerships can get a lot of rough reviews, but Chapman treated me respectfully, quickly, and solved all of my needs. Thank you to Gary Cluff, again, an incredible man and the perfect gentleman in the service department to solve anything and address you professionally and courteously. Thank you for being you, Gary Cluff!!
Misleading? Dishonest? Disrespectful? I've chosen not to continue pursuing a business transaction with a company that seemingly may be disrespecting customers by conducting business practices that could be misleading and dishonest. On Memorial Day (up to approximately 5:00pm) I had been sharing text messages and emails with a salesperson regarding the availability and purchase price of a certain vehicle. The salesperson confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot available for purchase (I'm a cash buyer). The next morning (75-minute drive) I arrive at the Chapman dealership near 9:00 am to at least test drive the salespersons confirmed available vehicle. After failing to locate the vehicle on the lot, I asked for assistance to locate it. Roughly 10 minutes later, I'm informed that a "sales manager says the vehicle had been sent to auction."
