Purchased my 6th BMW from Chapeman - 550i Sedan I've had nothing but positive experiences from Chapman BMW over the last 10 years. As of last week I purchased my 6th BMW from Chapman and the 3rd fro I've had nothing but positive experiences from Chapman BMW over the last 10 years. As of last week I purchased my 6th BMW from Chapman and the 3rd from Craig. I've seen first hand the sometimes generic term of "above and beyond" by Craig any many others at Chapman. I appreciate all the assistance and high level of integrity from Tom who manages the Chapman CPO dealership, great service department help from Dan Lidington and always first class service from Craig. I've recently moved out of state but don't see myself going anywhere else when purchasing or trading in my BMW's in the future. More

He's very knowledgeable and knows everything about every car! It took me awhile to decide on which car I wanted to purchase, and Bob was always willing to answer my questions and even patiently helped me with financing to complete the deal.
