Buying a car can be challenging even for the most experienced car buyer. Every situation is different and mine was definitely different but I learned a lot but not without the expertise of my sales manager, Craig Rusin . I work in sales and have always had a company car/fleet vehicle with corporate insurance. Recently I switched jobs and knew I would be getting a monthly car stipend vs a corporate vehicle. I needed to buy a car quickly and I am glad I found Craig Rusin at Chapman BMW. Craig Rusin was the definition of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process while being a expert on every model Chapman BMW had on the lot. I knew I wanted a BMW but I did not know which model however Craig Rusin was patient with me while explaining the features of every model we looked at. Like I said my situation was different and having corporate car insurance in my companies name meant I would have a "gap" in insurance even though I was driving 15-20k miles each year for the past 4 plus years without incident(knock on wood). Craig Rusin recommended insurance companies with the lowest rates and was involved in steps where he didn't have to participate but he did and I am thankful for his knowledge. Excellent Sales Staff, Great Car, and a Fair Price I purchased a used 2008 Z4 M Roadster from Chapman back in October. I worked with the sales manager Tom Iles, and salesman, Steven Zucker. They were s I purchased a used 2008 Z4 M Roadster from Chapman back in October. I worked with the sales manager Tom Iles, and salesman, Steven Zucker. They were simply the best sales guys with whom I have ever dealt on a car, new or used. I live on the East Coast and found the car online, so I had many, many, many questions, all of which were promptly and accurately answered by Steve. Steve also picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership where the car was waiting on the sales floor. The car itself was basically perfect and exactly as described. The sales process was handled with no acrimony despite the usual back and forth of buying a car, and we were able to arrive at what I believe was a very fair price. And, even though it had been serviced upon acquisition, Tom had the service manager go over the Z again anyway since I was planning to drive it back to Atlanta. Tom went out of his way to help me with an issue related to titling a used car out of state, and both of the guys followed up to make sure that I got back home in one piece. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with both the car and the sales experience. If you are looking for a good used BMW, you should go by and see Steve and Tom. Tell them Ken said hello. More

I went with my mom so she could help me negotiate when I found the right car. Stephen was so easy to work with and dug through catalogs to find me the right car with everything I wanted (and more)! There were a couple things the car came with that I didn't necessary want or need. We worked with him on a price that seemed reasonable and I was only paying for the things the car had that I actually wanted. Though the entire process took a couple hours, he was honest about prices, packages and was a true joy to work with. I would recommend working with Stephen if you're in the market for ANY car. More
