I was told the tire replacement would take about 1.5 hours. While wating, I was told that the airbag was on recall list. I was never notified of this recall by mail, and in fact my wife had checked the Pilot on the government list, and it did not appear for recall. In total, I had to wait 2.5 hours for all services. I would have made other arrangements had I known in advance it would take this long. More

Warranty repair I needed the headlight LED replaced as it was burnt out. Matt assured me that it was covered by my three-year warranty and had it completely replaced I needed the headlight LED replaced as it was burnt out.
