My girlfriend had a great experience when she purchased her care in October of 2010. She bought a brand new Dodge avenger and every thing went great. However in July of 2011 we were hit from behind by a her care in October of 2010. She bought a brand new Dodge avenger and every thing went great. However in July of 2011 we were hit from behind by a car and there was quite of bit of damage but not totaled. Cueter had the car for 4 weeks and called up and said it was ready. We went to get it and it looked great however when we got home we found that the frame was still miss aligned and there was a huge gap in the trunk lid and the bumper. We took it right back they had it for almost another week and fixed it. After picking it up again then we found that they had done a very bad paint job on the tailgate and it was still out of alignment and was very hard to close. We took it back again and they bent the hinges and repainted it. A few months later we found that there was water getting into the tail gate lid. So we took it back again to find that the seal on the real center light was not working right so they had to fix that. Now we are back again because when it rains there and the lights are on the emergency flashers will just start blinking and then stop while driving down the road. It just seems like they have been all about doing as little work as possible to make us happy and we have had to find all the mistakes and take it back to them so they can fix it as quick as possible and then get us on our way. When my vehicle was "ready" it was brought to me with less than a quarter tank of gas. My vehicle's lease came with a service package. My first oil change took 3 hours, but it included vehicle detailing and supposed checking of the systems, so this made some amount of sense to me...though it was still a very long time to sit waiting. When I scheduled my appointment for my vehicle's 2nd oil change, they told me that it should take about 1/2 hour. The person who greeted me was friendly and met me right away...then, I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting (with my 3 month old). When I went to find out what was taking so long for a simple oil change, I was told they had not even begun the work! I told them I needed my vehicle finished or another vehicle to drive...they finished the oil change in the 10 minutes that it should have taken to begin with! Simply put, Cueter does NOT value their customer's time! I do NOT recommend this dealership. More
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR USED CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i purchased a used 2007 Chrysler Sebring!!!! they were mystery miles on my car before purchase, around 6000 i can tell at least th CARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i purchased a used 2007 Chrysler Sebring!!!! they were mystery miles on my car before purchase, around 6000 i can tell at least that was when the last old change was found to be done. the interior was never shampooed and wiped down either. my rear braked were gone. they were sq eek when i drove it home figuring it was new pads and were glazed over. took it apart and found a wheat thin thick brake pads. the air cleaner was BLACK AND BROWN!!!! all of these these items were due to be done on the certified used car inspection form. and what rove me to write this review was the icing on the cake today i went to rotate my tires all four a dry rotted around the edges. While waiting to pick up my car I actually overheard another salesman arranging to bring a car to a couple who just had a baby so they didnt have to leave their house. Excellent customer service. The finance department was just as friendly, efficient and were not pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ben to my friends and family. You wont be sorry. More

My husband and I had spent a whole week looking for a new SUV. We stopped in to the Cueter Jeep showroom thinking we knew everything there was to know about Jeeps (being previous Jeep owners) and that some SUV. Then we met Teresa Tomasi! She was fantastic - explained the newer features of the Jeep to us, immediately understood what we were looking for, had great stock, including a Jeep with the precise package we wanted, and gave us financing numbers that were better than anything we had seen. We slept on it, but knew that the right decision was to go with Teresa and the great Jeep she had found for us. Within 24 hours we were driving our new Jeep off the lot for a price we couldn't believe! More
