Worst Dealer to work with the owners does nothing to fix their mistakes - they place vehicles on the lot to be sold that have massive amounts of problems… We purchased a 2020 Jeep wrangler on 7/30/24 - $4000 down, $700 monthly and this jeep been in the shop multiple times - and as 1/16/25 the vehicle still hasn’t been repaired - the cluster as gone out and we can’t see our gas, how fast we’re driving and the windshield sticker says it’s time for an oil change but we can’t verify that either…. Almost only 9 months we had this vehicle and this dealership doesn’t NOTHING for THEIR horrible service!!!! All we keep hearing is it’s not our fault we waiting on the part, but it is your fault because your dealer should have inspected the vehicle before putting in on the lot to be sold !!!

Had my vehicle for 11 days to change a starter. Ridiculous! Then they told me they had a part on order and would call me when it came in, that was a year ago. I've called repeatedly, I've went to the dealership repeatedly and neither the service manager or the store manager never seems to be around. I've requested call backs and I never get them. This is the last place on Earth I would consider doing business with.

This place is a scam! More specifically Amber, who identified herself as a manager. She attempted to "bait and switch" in an effort to get a customer in the door, and when called out about her antics, when i attempted to explain that deception does not result in confident and loyal customers she became upset and hung the phone up like the unprofessional child that she is. This company has to get better. This is the second time of this type of behavior with this company. I would hate to think that this is this company's mission to be deceptive no matter what the cost! Do better!

Had two warning lights on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Made an appointment to drop it off on a Wednesday. They canceled that appointment d/t a power outage and rescheduled me for the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). When I dropped it off I mentioned I had a rental until Friday and asked if I could have it back by then to which they said they’d do their best. As of Friday they had not even looked at the car. The part that makes it extra frustrating is that the car was drivable. Why was I paying for a rental while my drivable car sits in their parking lot? I went and picked it up when they confirmed they would not look at it until Monday at the earliest. I now have an appointment at another local dealer. Fingers crossed they have better customer service. I would not recommend this place at all. Customer experience has been a 0/10. I bought the car from them and until now I would have bought from them again. Not anymore. Kayla, the service tech, was at least pleasant to deal with. I realize this is out of her control.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The finance manager Heather is shady and the salesman Tom Coak is not on the level. I went to this place on a referral from my friend and was excited to do business after going to two different B lots. I called to finance a vehicle with a co-signer and was approved. The salesman sent me the video of the truck and once the vehicle was done with the inspection I was able to go in and sign the paperwork along with the co-signer. Once there I discovered the finance manager did the deal in reverse putting me as the co-signer and my family member as the buyer without consulting us first and had the nerve to get an attitude when showed how unhappy I was with her doing this. I understand this was the only way I could get approved for this particular vehicle but a phone call to ask was this ok to do would have been the proper thing to do. The salesman Tom Coak never even mentioned this to me when I got there to view and test drive the vehicle. I’ll never ever refer this dealership to anyone and the friend that referred me was totally unhappy and he won’t be doing business with them again either!!!!

If you want to be spammed by Tiffany I suggest you buy a car from here. I don't check my voice messages often but when I do usually she's 22 out of the 40. A+ for dedication and being annoying af. 👍
