I was told my Jeep had been through service./So sad I just brought a Jeep two weeks ago. I did not drive it until last weekend. Put satellite radio in my Jeep. Call customer services for satellite radio they send another signal. Only to find after getting out my new Jeep to find they the Jeep that I brought has a antenna that has been glue back on. I take it back to the dealership into services they to charge me for the repair. I do not think this is fair because that should have been fix before they sole it since they said it had been services. This is not good business. More

I went in there with some specific things that I wanted and even brought my father along to ensure that he had no issues getting in and out of the vehicle. Jim was able to show me a product that while not specifically what I went in there for (High Latitude with the Safety/Security package) had all of the features that I required.
