Every time my husband and I would call any dealership we were told that they would have to order the part. We would go through the same line of questions. How long for the part? I don't know. We're only receiving 1 to 3 per week. How long will the car be I the shop for? I'm not sure. The list goes on and on. We were very aggravated. The fact that we kept getting notices on our car for the recall. But, when we tried to take care of the situation, we were told it could take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to come in. I think this is a poor service for Dodge and they really didn't care if the part was fixed. I am happy that my car is fixed again. Now we'll wait and see what else happens. More

At the Ford dealership I bought my last car from, the salesman was not friendly and did not seem interested in anything except selling me my car and sending me on my way. I knew when I left that I would not return to him to buy my next car. My experience at Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge purchasing my newest vehicle was wonderful. Ben Heusel was my salesman and he was great. He did not try to sell me features that I was not interested in, unlike most salesmen I've come across. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable talking with him about what I wanted and did not want. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or that he was trying to get the most money out of me that he could (which is how I felt with my last car purchase). He even stayed past closing time to make sure I knew how to use all of the features in my new Jeep. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but the general manager Steve Demers made sure that I was compensated for my time which was very kind of him. I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for a new car! Thanks again! More
