As it gets tougher to work on the new ones and I have less free time, I've learned to rely on two things.. Youtube and Mr. Rick. Mr. Rick always helps me find the exact part I need even when I describe it as " this round thing that goes around this square part". He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and is truly interested about helping me find, order and self install parts. He's kind of like my own personal Sherlock Holmes of autoparts solutions. If you dread trying to talk to service departments that treat you with the usual autopart snob distain...see Mr. Rick. He's got a GREAT sense of humor, will always treat you with respect and will always give you the right part and a chuckle or two to take home. More

I let her know there was no specific time frame of my purchase. She continued to assist in a non pushy manor. I know from being in a high pressure sales environment you want the sale. She made sure that I was able to decide b/t another Jeep or a great Challenger even though I made it clear I was not ready to purchase. When I finally was able to make my great Challenger purchase about a few weeks later, I made sure she was the person to help me. The entire team at Champion were very accommodating in helping get in my great Challenger and in the purchasing process. More

Wonderful Experience! I was in the market for a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland. Upon walking in I was greeted by Brandy Monteforte. She was extremely helpful given that wha I was in the market for a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland. Upon walking in I was greeted by Brandy Monteforte. She was extremely helpful given that what I wanted was not on their lot. After some searching we were able to locate the exact Overland I wanted. She made quite a few phone calls to some out-of-state dealers who had the vehicle on their lot however those initial contacts proved to be fruitless as the general managers has basically claimed those particular Overland's for themselves. We finally found another Overland up in Missouri. She was able to seal the deal with that dealer with a dealer lot trade. A driver, unfortunately I did not get his name, from Champion drove up to Missouri and hauled it back to Gulfport. I would like to thank the driver for making the long trip up to Missouri and back to retrieve my Overland! Chuck Switzer was also extremely helpful in making this process pretty painless. Very helpful and pleasant! Another staff member to give kudos to was Sean Douglass from the finance department. Once again, very helpful and pleasant to work with. The last staff member to mention was Chad Gunn. Brandy was not available the day of delivery so Chad took the reigns and let me take a test drive before doing the final paperwork on the vehicle. Absolutely satisfied. The entire staff I dealt with a Champion Chrysler Dodge Jeep was professional and courteous and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge product.
