He answered all of our questions quickly, detailed options about features, delivery and cost quickly. then when we had pretty much settled on what to purchase, put together a fair trade-in deal, fair discount off new car selling price, then worked with Paul Scardino to put together final deal. All was very easy for us, went very quickly. Then once purchase was underway Joe taught us features and how to use them on the "C". Lots there, he knows all. POOR SERVICE We brought our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in for service with a fuel system problem. The fuel gauge would suddenly drop from half tank to empty for unkno We brought our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in for service with a fuel system problem. The fuel gauge would suddenly drop from half tank to empty for unknown reasons. We also experienced a problem filling the tank, it was impossible to fill without continually having pump the handle to keep fuel flowing, as if the tank was full, but it was not!! We were told a new fuel tank would be needed, we agreed to the new tank($1500), but the problems continued. We brought the car back 2 more times, each time we were told the car was repaired, it was NOT!! Chrysler Pacifica has a history of this problem that is documented many times on the internet. These guys never admitted to not knowing what the problem was, or offering a solution! I wrote to the COO, Vic Dehon, but never received a reply from him. Poor service, Poor management, Poor customer relations!! More
Service Department I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and two weeks after driving it off the lot the air bag light came on. Took the vehicle to the service department to I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and two weeks after driving it off the lot the air bag light came on. Took the vehicle to the service department to have it checked, of course they couldn’t find anything. A few weeks later, we recived a recall for the wiring harness in the seat that causes the air bag light to come on. Took the vehicle and they changed out the wiring harness. A few months later, it comes on again, they cant find anything wrong. A short time later another recall. Well this has happened over and over. Now the ABS, Traction control and BAS lights are on. Made an appointment a week ago for Tuesday October 13, 2015 @0830. Get there tell the service desk guy what the problem is. He tells me you will have to pay a diagnostic fee of $95. I explained this vehicle has had some sort of electrical problem since we have owned it. He verified that there has been a problem with the air bag light but not the others and since it has 54,000 miles I have to pay the fee. FINE I will pay the fee. At 230 I have not heard from them and they will not answer the phone. So I go up there and our vehicle is sitting in the parking lot. I asked if it was ready? He walks over to THREE guys standing outside talking and smoking, comes back and says they haven’t looked at it yet. So much for an appointment. Unfortunately for them, we want to buy a JEEP, but not from Champion More

I bought a vehicle and the day after i bought it the car wouldn't start. Now this car isn't an old car, it's a 2013 Dodge Dart with 10,000 miles on it! Now they supposedly looked at the car and told me to come and get it that there was nothing wrong with it. I pick it up and It wouldn't shift properly and there was something obviously wrong with it! i called immediately and they told me not to return it until the check engine light came back on. 4 days later it comes back on so i return it and they have had it since then! As of today they have had it 16 days and still have no idea whats wrong with it (probably because one of their service agents slipped up and said it hasn't even been looked at). Ive called over and over again with no call backs or anyone trying to help me.They are rude and condescending. Im paying for a vehicle that isn't even in my possession. Thank goodness i purchased the warranty because all this would be out of my pocket! now after arguing asking to just cancel the loan since i havent even made a payment yet and they can keep the car THEY ADMITTED TO ME THE VEHICLE NOT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION WHEN SELLING IT TO ME WHICH IS WHY THEY HAD ME SIGN AN AS IS AGREEMENT AND THAT THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. They knew this would happen and didnt care about anything other than making money. They will screw you first chance they get dont even step foot on their lot it will be the worst mistake you will ever make! More
