Travis was very knowledgable and honest. He answered all our questions and knew the specifics about the car. Even though we had to pay a little bit more, it was worth it. Funny thing happened on the way to dinner Saturday evening...we bought a new truck! We were so impressed with Allison "Allie" Catt. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and she stuck with us for two evening...we bought a new truck! We were so impressed with Allison "Allie" Catt. Dugan was awesome and we drove away in our new truck that night (after hours). Went back on Monday and they did all the detailing and filled it with gas. I spoke with Mike in the morning about what we might be interested in for a new or used car. Went to see him that afternoon and he had all the prices and applicable discounts that would apply for each car interested in for a new or used car. He was knowledgeable about each car and was able to answer any questions we had. He showed us the cars we wanted to look at, then let us test drive the car we thought we wanted. After we decided on a car, I called him back the next morning to arrange payment and pick up. He took care of all the paper work immediately and hadneverything ready for us that afternoon when we came to pick the car up. The lady in financing was quite nice, professional, and got us through all the necessary paperwork quickly, (which we appreciated). Mike then showed us everything we needed to know about the car, got the OnStar connected and got the XM radio set up. Away we drove in our new (used) car with no hassles at all! Everyone we encountered at the dealership was pleasant. Mike was professional, easy to deal with, (no high pressure sales), efficient, and took care of business.
