Sales people will go above and beyond to get in the vehicle you want but its the finance person that closes the deal. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but Ryan Hylko threw in some add vehicle you want but its the finance person that closes the deal. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted but Ryan Hylko threw in some add ons like theft insurance and new car warranty administered by third party insurance company says " the bank wants it" and "we need this " . Ryan wants it because he makes a big commission off it. After I got home I looked it up on the web, big scam it says, so I cancel policy within 30 day period in writing. Ryan refuses to acknowledge cancellation. I went to dealership with cancellation in hand and managed to hand it to him personally. Policy was not not cancelled for six months. I got call from Ryan, he claims it wasn't his fault it was somebody else's job to handle the case and they no longer worked there. Ok fine, I said. I later find out this is common , dealer puts you off for a while so you drive the vehicle more put more miles on it and then offers to cancel policy at a lesser refund. Anyway I give them 90 days to issue refund, now at this point when I call to inquire where the refund is, all I get is voicemail, where's the return phone call Ryan Hylko, the guy who was oh so helpful before now hides behind voicemail and " he's out to lunch" . Call to manager does nothing, another one who hides behind voicemail. When the dealership owes the customer, "100% customer satisfaction is no longer a priority". After you buy a car here don't bother with going back for oil changes or other service items at the service department, service writers ply you with all kinds recommended service, worthless services that make the dealer more money. Will I buy another car? most likely, but not from these guys. More
Everything went smoothly. I found the car on the website; I called Tiffany as she had previously helped me when browsing and I had her card. I had to work around work, which was accommodated. I went in due to a email that was sent saying I was pre-approved. I know how these tho ga go but thought, why not. I left because I could no longer wait for their system to come back online and was assured by the salesmen I'd recieve a call ASAP. The next day I had no call, I called late afternoon to find out that the system did not boot back up until early this morning and I would recieve a call when they received notice. I didn't get a call all weekend, left a message on Tuesday. No call back. Left a message Wednesday. No call back. Thursday I phoned the GM, again, no call back. I left a total of 6 messages for the GM and the salesmen. I could care less if my application came back denied, but what I do care about is that they couldn't even pick up a phone to call me back. I work in sales and that IS NOT how I treat my customers or potential future customers. I WILL NEVER refer anyone to champion buick or return again. The complete disregard for their customers baffles me. More

I want to start of by saying that I Love my new truck and would not want anything else, however, were was misunderstanding that happen. During the process of completing the paperwork I informed the dealershi would not want anything else, however, were was misunderstanding that happen. During the process of completing the paperwork I informed the dealership that I wanted to have my payment pulled out of my account biweekly. However, they set up my payment to come out on the week I am not paid on and therefore my first payment caused some major issue for me. I was able to get things taken care of but I was still out of $35.00 for overdraft fees, the bank kept telling me that since I signed the paperwork I agreed to this but in fact I did not. This was something that we has not discussed and they assumed on the dates. So the next thing that I did not like was that I was told in the beginning that my truck was coming "AS IS", this was told to me as I was going over all the final paperwork and they had my money already. After the three days of having the truck the engine light came on, I took it in and they informed me that it is a shortage and it will stay on. Well for a person like me that drives a lot that is not good and so I have to take the truck in once every two months to make sure that nothing is wrong with it. It was funny because when I informed my sale person of this information he said "Oh just take it in and may not be anything major." Well I guess you can say that. Well, I guess all of this is my fault because if I would have had everything the first time I visit, I would have had a newer car and all my paperwork would have been done right. We received an adverisement in the mail for the event and were specifically interested in the guaranteed trade-in of $3500 for our 2000 Explorer. Ashley Elliot and Luke Smith emailed me almost immediately after I sent in my online credit application; Luke called me and set up an appointment the same afternoon. On arrival at Champion I was cheerfully greeted by a young man standing outside (during a snow squall, unfortunately). He directed me to Luke's and Ashley's desks. Luke was busy, so Ashley took charge immediately and interviewed me about what type of vehicle I was interested in. Friendly and professionally dressed, Ashley is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic young woman who will do well in any endeavor she pursues. Her coordination with the inventory managers resulted in purchasing the first vehicle I test drove. Unfortunately, some bank computer delays occured outside of Champion's control. During my wait, the Champion staff periodically checked to see if I needed anything. We decided to continue the effort the next day. Luke called me the next day with an offer of a lower interest rate by adding my wife to the loan. We returned the next day, and the process was relatively brief. Ryan Hylko and his assistant (whose name I cannot recall) constructed a much lower rate than I was offered individually, and we completed the sale. My experience at Champion was a pleasant surprise. We purchased a 2011 Malibu with 30K miles in great shape. We got much more for our money than we expected, and this was directly due to the efforts of Ashley, Luke, Ryan, Robert, and the pre-owned staff at Champion. I recommend their business to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More
