Its was good I took my Acadia in for service and the service was good, and the staff was friendly. They checked my fluids and said they did there inspection on my I took my Acadia in for service and the service was good, and the staff was friendly. They checked my fluids and said they did there inspection on my car. Then a few days later my brake light came on and I checked my fluid and it was low. If my husband wasn't around I probably would have been in an accident because of no brakes. Next time you say your going to check something, do it. I will give them another chance. More
Confidence in service quality. First of all, I have a 2008 Saturn VUE. When the Saturn Division was discontinued, and we moved frpm California to Michigan, I contacted Saturn for a First of all, I have a 2008 Saturn VUE. When the Saturn Division was discontinued, and we moved frpm California to Michigan, I contacted Saturn for a list of dealerships affording Saturn service. The closest they listed was about 25 miles away. Being that Champion is 5 minutes from our house, I contacted them in 2013 to see if they would be able to service our VUE. No problem, they said, bring it in. Since then, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Champion's service department, including my visit there today. I arrived for the 9AM appointment for a regular service, taken care of by the service advisor, Kevin Stein. The only additional issue was a tire pressure sensor that was not responding. Kevin devoted his utmost attention to make sure that all of my needs were met. In addition, Kevin made additional maintenance recommendations, which I knew were appropriate, given the vehicle's mileage, and the impending winter. Kevin was meticulous in his review of the proposed service, and the projected cost. After being given a ride home via the dealership's courtesy shuttle, I later received a phone call from Kevin to update me on the progress, and for an OK on the additional cost for the tire sensor. Kevin called me mid-afternoon to advise the work was complete. The shuttle promptly picked me up at home. I met with Kevin again, and he thoroughly reviewed the work completed, and the cost for each procedure. (Which I might add, was significantly less than the original estimate.) Once again, Champion's Service Dept. gave me a completely positive experience, much of this due to Kevin's professional attitude. On top of that, he's a really friendly guy. I'll be back. Recall work does not get completed This is my 2nd experience in a row bringing my truck in for service and to have the multiple recalls addressed The dealership does not tell you that This is my 2nd experience in a row bringing my truck in for service and to have the multiple recalls addressed The dealership does not tell you that they did not do the recall, it is not till I get another notice from GM that it was not completed? This really upsets me as I have only limited time to keep bringing my vehicle back for service and no loaner provided This is my first GM product in years and I have never seen so many recalls maybe it's time I went back to Mazda or Honda More
