A+++ the staff for my new lease on a GMC Sierra ATV4 Cew Cab I have to say thank you for the excellent sales/service I had on leasing my new truck. No one in this place starting with both managers care about How many appointments should one need to get a car fix correctly the first time, how many pumps , how many rebuilts on the transmission gearshift ?!?! ( This was the last promised repair never done ) should one replace, how much damage during repairs should one have to deal with. How many times does one have to be told you don't have a warranty for the repairs but them receivea call that during the now cash paid repairs are done that they found other issues and guess what they are covered by the same warranty that you stated I didn't have a couple days ago, ?!?! service techs instructed not to take my calls per service manager Duane who didn't return a single call either from the messages left though the service techs or myself, over a dozen of them , Duane would conveniently disappear when I entered the repair shop, I literally had 3 extended warranties, my certified warranty though them, GMC extended their own warranty up to approx 102000 miles and one I personally bought that was to cover bumper to bumper , I truly thought Amber and her side kick was the problem. nope, Duane proved me wrong after those two were kicked to the curb and the problems increased, I have put out $1000 upon $1000,$%$ from my SSD when things were under warranty. THANK GOD I k ow how to coupon and was able to keep food on the table for my kids...so so many appointments canceled by them , every confirmed appointment with a confirmed rental was always messed up by them, they even wanted me to pay for the damages to my car while it sat in their lot and to this day still haven't finished doing those repairs, so after another apointment made and then cancelled, they wouldn't have the time to do repairs, I asked if I could leave my borrowed car in the current parking spot since they wouldp have no loaner for me , both the service manager and Amber said this was no problem, Tyler walked out with me and reminded me to lock the other car up, I arrived for my appointment while waiting I noticed a voice message, I would have to reschedule due to the multiple cars in for tire repair from the recent snow, ok . I went out to remove the snow on the car I had borrowed and left.. NO CAR... I questioned everyone, no one had a answer, after almost a hour I was escorted into the conference room with both the new car and service mangers, many different possibilities of why and who to blame but the car was towed away...WHAT!?! Where, who towed it and where to ??? WHY WAS IT TOWED, The new car manager finally gave a a contact number at the Howell police department and a report number, they claimed not knowing who towed it or where, it was a bad mistake caused by not communicating between the different management, I finally was able to reach someone the next day at the number given who had no idea or any reports on a car towed from Champion Buick GMC. Neither did Brighton police department, State police wouldn't help if I did not have a actual report number, I finally contacted every towing company until I found the car, of course it is now closing time, I went in the morning to retrieve the car, still no assistance from Brighton Buick GMC. Paid to get it out, during our conversation it was said that this was a normal practice for them and they banked on it with them normally having their own cars towed then sending someone to pick it up... Why... I questioned the manager about reimbursement and again the money promised from the service chargers that somehow now were covered after I had already paid for it, he claimed it had to go up the chain, I returned and few days later to pick up a car incomplete, claiming auto body could not do repairs since it had no silver paint , why am I not surprised, what about the door jamming up... stated over wd40 nope, the spring is jammed, they claimed over used, additional cost of $400 I told them to look at the seats, that door is rarely used as a single mom the car seats are in the rear, occasionally a friend used the front. I returned again for the following day, computer board in the car is sending messages, no traction control or stability, Amber and mechanic put it on the computer to scan it only showed air bag that they already claimed was not on the recall when I bought it in for the message board reported. Claimed that the revere camera must of been dirty and computer was reporting it incorrectly, no repairs done, manager refuses to give me the last copy of the repairs and continue problems, 3 ac repairs 3 water pumps, that I believe did not need replaced it was the radiator but this was a quick fix for them. flue pumps ac compressor which they claimed for the last year was not the cause of the antifreeze leak, I truly believe it was this leak that killed my Boston Terrier last year after ingesting it... after the third water pump they claim the issue is the radiator, how did that happen, was it originally the radiator and they just jumped on the known problem, they refused a dye test stating it wasn't protocol, did the repeated malfunction of the pump caused the damage to the radiator, one way or the other this should not be on me this is a repeated problem that has not been fix at a obscene cost to me, was the second steering fluid pump replaced ?? Is this yet another concern when I drive, how is it possible to not be able to get the gear shift assembly in within the last 4 almost 5 weeks, your sister company Champion Chevrolet had the parts that next day. This is a BIG driving issues for my family and those on the road around me.... So let me make this clear, I want Champion Buick GMC to be held responsible for any injury or death caused in any incident involving my GMC Acadia. I will apologize for the way I spoke to John from the new car sales who was instructed to call me right after Brighton Buick GMC canceled the last appointment even after the appointment was confirmed and printed confirmation of the courtesy car per the service tech, John was polite, he did admit that he had spoken to the service manager and he thought I should give in and replace the car, REALLY,, again sorry John my first RED flag was when the car sales department lost my $10,000 down payment and then refused to honor my apology from Mike the new cars sales manager for lifetime oil changes. I told him am in so deep, as I told him I had absolutely loved GMC, that from a Ford employees family especially the double cab but after going through everything they have put me through I have conceded that Ford or any other brand even a KIa has to be better, especially when you add up the money I have had to put out, now 6 weeks of my Acadia sitting and the cost of yet another borrowed car because even though they said it was safe to drive I couldn't live with myself if another person was hurt or injured because of CHAMPION BUICK GMC DEALERSHIPS FAILED TO MAKE SURE I HAD A SAFE CAR FROM THE BEGINNING.
