We highly recommend Champion in Brighton for their outstanding customer service. From the time we entered the door, being greeted by the staff to the time we spoke with both the new vehicle and used outstanding customer service. From the time we entered the door, being greeted by the staff to the time we spoke with both the new vehicle and used salesperson, we were treated with respect with a no pressure approach. Our questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. Before we went to Champion, we went to four other dealerships and none of them came close to the experience we had at Champion. In addition, we were open to several different SUV brands like Honda, Toyota etc in addition to the Buick brand. The exceptional customer care we experienced at Champion sold us on the Buick Envision. Even after the sale, the salesperson remained available to answer our questions. I highly recommend the dealership which has trained their staff on the merits of customer service. More
Their service department is bad and due to my experiences I will not give them any more business. I'm in the market for a new vehicle and have eliminated Buick from my search in general. One time I dropped off my vehicle for service and when I called for the status, they informed me it would be a few day before they even look at it. It was 100% drivable when I dropped it off and nobody indicated it would be DAYS away from being seen. I could've just kept driving it and returned the day they were going to start servicing it. On another occasion I stressed needing my car by end of day and they said it would be no issue. After nearly the entire day went by I called and again it hadn't been seen (for a tuneup). I'm pretty sure I paid for a $200 car wash that day and nobody actually truly looked at it. Their communication is awful and I have no time for their games. More
When faced with a task of finding a new dealer, I happened up Champion Buick GMS of Brighton and couldn’t be happier. Their level of customer service exceeds expectations. With such low levels of customer service in today’s world, the people at Champion are all really great! They seem to take pride in delivering the very best service. For me, they have gone above and beyond my expectations and I will be a customer for as long as they continue to deliver. When I discovered a small mistake was made during my service appt., their new Service Manager, Mike Foster, took the issue with my vehicle seriously and made everything right and then some. He actually sent a service guy to my house to fix the issue because I was concerned about driving my car. I am very happy with this dealership. Give them a shot! More
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this before making your decision to buy here! We are now on our second lease with Champion. The first car went off without a problem. The second car a completely different s decision to buy here! We are now on our second lease with Champion. The first car went off without a problem. The second car a completely different story. After being in our new car for less than a month we started having transmission issues. I was not very happy about this but understand things happen. They “fixed” the problem only to have it occur again within a month. We are now on our fourth time having transmission issues where the car won’t even start. The car is for my wife and we have two small children. I have no faith in the vehicle and told Champion that I don’t want my wife, four year old and two year old being stranded somewhere with a new car that doesn’t work. I asked for them to get us into something different. After waiting two weeks to hear back for pricing on a new car it was nowhere in the ballpark of where our current lease is. After asking if they could to do better to make this situation right they have ghosted me and I have not heard back from sales and management has not returned my calls. Again the first transaction with the lease went great but I say businesses show their true colors when they our faced with difficult situations and how they help their customers at that time, not just when they’re trying to make a sale. EXTREMELY disappointed and won’t be returning. More
Do not buy from here! I bought a vehicle, 2015 Equinox, from here, for my son and literally on the way home from the dealership, a “service tire system” light came on. I immediately called and sent an email to our sales representative, Colin, only to be told to check the tire pressure. We did of course, all pressures were fine, but the light was still on. I simply wanted them to check why the light came on, to make sure it was nothing serious, out of concern for safety, but was told a diagnostic test would be $100. I was also told the sensor light that came on was not a “safety concern,” and did not affect the “ drivability of the vehicle” so the was nothing they could do, and the purchase was “as is.” It is absurd to me that they could not look into the reason why the light came on, 5 minutes after leaving the dealership. If a sensor needs to be replaced, I would have been more than happy to pay for it, given it was an older and used vehicle. The mere fact they would not even look into it, without charging $100, is inexcusable. It seems once you make your purchase, they are done with you and that vehicle. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning nor recommending to anyone! More
We bought a 2014 jeep cherokee less then a month afterwards I take it in for a once over just to see if theres any issues . The jeep is a complete lemon. Needs a new - Drive shaft - struts - shocks - sway bar links - valve cover gaskets - oil filter housing When i called and spoke to the dealerahip they said they cant help and qarrenty only covers the drive shaft More
Brought my car in for a 30 minute recall repair and I finally had to find someone after 1 and 1/2 hours to see what the delay was. Worst service ever. I normally buy/lease Chevy. Helen DeLine is my sales rep and she has always been great! Since there were no Chevy vehicles available that I wanted, Helen worked with David Dehmel to find me a Buick. I was and she has always been great! Since there were no Chevy vehicles available that I wanted, Helen worked with David Dehmel to find me a Buick.
