Do not waste your time or money placing a deposit to reserve a vehicle with this dealership. We were explicitly told that once we placed a deposit, the vehicle would be taken off the market, taken into reserve a vehicle with this dealership. We were explicitly told that once we placed a deposit, the vehicle would be taken off the market, taken into the shop for a full inspection, and we would then have the opportunity to complete the purchase. This is a standard and widely respected practice across reputable dealerships in the United States—placing a deposit typically secures the vehicle while due diligence and inspection are completed. Unfortunately, this dealership failed to honor that basic expectation. After accepting our deposit, they proceeded to sell the vehicle to another buyer. Their justification was that I missed a 9:00 AM phone call the following morning, despite the fact that no one had communicated that such a call would occur or that immediate availability was required for any next steps, including payment or transfer arrangements. A deposit, by any reasonable standard, constitutes a good-faith contractual agreement. In this case, that agreement was disregarded entirely. Instead of accountability, we encountered internal finger-pointing, Bruno blaming Frank, and Frank blaming Bruno, while the customer was left bearing the consequences of their unprofessional conduct. This experience reflects a serious lack of integrity, communication, and respect for customers. More
