I do not like wasting time in places so I asked For the best price out the door for a 2019 Cherokee that was on the lot. I was Emailed by Joe DeGiorgi we gave me an out the door price. When I asked Him for a breakdown of the price he never responded to me email. I wrote a review and after reading my review I get a response to the email I wrote him. I was given am excuse as to why he didn’t respond to my request. i decoded to him another chance and we agreed to a price for the vehicle on the lot. The only thing left to negotiate was the value of my trade in which we scheduled for That coming Friday. The next day he emails me and tells me that the Cherokee we agreed on a price for was sold. Once again he made excuses and once again i decided to give him a chance to make this right. Which he said he would. He found us an identical Cherokee but wanted us to pay more for it because the delivery cost was more. How do you ask someone to pay a higher price for a vehicle to replace one that was sold out from under them? I would Not recommend doing any business with this dealership. More

horrible serviCe department. service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and figured out it needed an ecm flash update. Just took it in for a recall was told one day took 4. As soon as we left the lot engine light. They blame o2 sensor. Still never once test drove it. Bunch of lazy xxxxs. Avoid this dealer at all cost! More
