Horrible service experience. Service agent had poor attitude, yelled at me when I asked a question. Kept going on and on and still never answered my question. Got so bad one of his coworker had to pull his coat and tell him Not to respond anymore . When I went to report him to the Service Director, he barged into the office sat in the chair with attitude to try and intimidate me. I acknowledged him and said that my story is the same whether he is there or not because it is the truth and his lack of professionalism needs to be handled. At least 5 other service agents witnessed this and none intervened until he was yelling and pacing and the one told him to stop very inconspicuously. If it wouldn’t void my warranty, I would never go back again. More

I purchased a vehicle from here a few years ago, and just recently totaled the vehicle while trying to get my gap insurance to cover for the remaining balance on my loan. I’ve called this dealership multiple times during different hours of the day for the past three weeks and have received no call back the person who answers the phone forward to me to finance and finance has a full voicemail and never answers. I also left messages with the person who answers but have received. No call back. This is a horrible dealership with horrible customer service. More

The used car salespeople. we dealt with (Daniela and John) were pleasurable to work with. Although the indoor showroom looks cool, you really can't visually inspect the vehicl we dealt with (Daniela and John) were pleasurable to work with. Although the indoor showroom looks cool, you really can't visually inspect the vehicle very well in that lighting. The Sales group can be dealt with quickly but the wait for a Finance person to see you after the sales price is agreed upon is annoying. However, to be fair, this seems to be true of several Houston area Nissan dealers.l More

Review – Central Houston Nissan Used Cars Earlier in the day I contacted the dealership about a specific car and spoke directly with a salesperson named Rafael. We exchanged messages confirming the vehi the day I contacted the dealership about a specific car and spoke directly with a salesperson named Rafael. We exchanged messages confirming the vehicle and discussing when I could come see it. I told him I would come after work and even texted again when I was on my way. When I arrived at the dealership, Rafael pulled up in a small white Hyundai and asked me to wait a few minutes because he was working with another customer. I waited as he asked. While he was still busy, he came over and asked to see my driver’s license “real quick.” I told him I would prefer to see the car first before handing over my license. At that point he handed me off to another salesperson and I never saw Rafael again for the rest of the visit. The other salesman and I then drove around the lot in a golf cart looking for the bright orange car I had specifically come to see. After a few minutes he went inside the building, came back out, and told me the car had been sent to auction earlier that day at noon. That explanation did not add up. Rafael and I had been communicating about that exact car throughout the afternoon. I told him I was on my way about four hours after it was supposedly sent to auction, then spent another 35 minutes driving through traffic to get there. After arriving I waited for him to finish with another customer, then spent additional time riding around the lot looking for the vehicle. It was around 5:30 PM before anyone finally told me the car was “already gone.” At that point the salesperson offered for me to speak with a manager even though I had not asked to. The manager came out, apologized, and then asked if I might be interested in the same small white Hyundai that Rafael had originally pulled up in. Cars sell and inventory changes, and that is understandable. What is frustrating is confirming a specific vehicle, driving across town to see it, waiting at the dealership, and only then being told hours later that it had supposedly been gone since noon. Customers’ time should be respected, and this experience felt misleading and poorly handled. More
