I never been contact by upper management, I did what your requested. I feel this is just a robo reply to messages. I also sent an email to Miguel Mendez at the dealership, but he never replied to it. I guess I just need to handle this my own way dealing with unlawfully pulling my credit without my written consent and what Central Houston Nissan put me through. The worse customer service I ever had.

We went to Central Nissan to look at a used car. The salesman showed us a 2017 Nissan Sentra. With a long scar down the passenger side. Paint missing on front bumper and hood. We said no thank. We’ll look around he asked what’s wrong with the car.we told them we not buy a car that with so much damage on it. He said hold on let me talk to my manager. he come back and said the manager said they will fix the damage. he said call me and we’ll set appointment. I called him he said bring it in. Get there and salesman said the manager wants talk with you. I set in a room about a hour he come in and say I didn’t say I’ll fix the car. We got lied to.so they can sale car.
