It was an odd first experience. Pulled up was greeted by a lady who promptly told us we didn’t have an appointment. Then told us our rep would greet us and go sit down. Was never greeted by rep until vehicle was done, no paperwork, we had to ask the employee who announced the vehicle was done-if he was Fernando “yes” and handed the keys. I’m pissed…Your. team let me leave your dealership with no antenna, no owners manual, only one key fob, and when driving home to Ocala I experienced what is called by team let me leave your dealership with no antenna, no owners manual, only one key fob, and when driving home to Ocala I experienced what is called by jeep owners as death wobble. I hope the management would address this and make it right for me. Try again to make it a good experience. I might need legal help in this matter. The experience I had was a complete flop.
