Central Cadillac Service on 5/212019 Staff is always professional and courteous. Service Rep Lisa is the absolute best!! I wouldn't think of having my Cadillac serviced anywhere else. But Paul Nathan, aware that we're approaching the end of our lease, insisted we take an XT4 for the weekend, to give us plenty of time to test it and see what we thought. It's the kind of customer service we'll remember when that lease comes up. More
Everything was good except obtaining the car after payment. For some reason, it takes an unacceptably long time for the car to be brought from service. Trunk water leak repair I had a water leak inside of my 2010 DTS trunk on both sides. Took it in for repairs and saw Jason Wright.(Service Consultant) Seemed at that time it I had a water leak inside of my 2010 DTS trunk on both sides. Took it in for repairs and saw Jason Wright.(Service Consultant) Seemed at that time it just needed a new rubber seal stripping around the trunk. Unfortunately it still kept leaking when it rained. Had to take it back in. This had Jason and Walt stumped,. They continually checked every possibility as to what may be causing the leaks. after a number of days in the shop, and many trips through their car was to see if the leaks had stopped they resealed everything around the trunk that may be causing the leaks. And finally at the present the water leaks have stopped on both sides of the trunk. Jason made sure I had a complementary car for the full time they needed the car for repairs, and your car rental team was great especially Sheena . I have been doing business with Central Cadillac as far back when Mr. Porterfield was the owner. And with the great service I received I look forward to continue to have my car serviced there when needed. More

My car is older; you used to give me a courtesy car but that was discontinued if your car is not under warranty. I am used to getting my car back the same day most of time, or a few times the next day. But this will not keep me from coming back because I think the quality of your service can be counted on, and if something is ever not quite right, the service manager usually makes it right. More
