This Company is not all its Hype up to be. I bought this car in September 2023; The October came the vehicle Broke Down i had it fixed it at a nearby shop at my own expense. They stated my war I bought this car in September 2023; The October came the vehicle Broke Down i had it fixed it at a nearby shop at my own expense. They stated my warranty was not going to cover it So i paid $400 to shop the car was then repaired . Then Broke down 2 weeks later again spent another $300 also the original paperwork stated that it was frame damage to vehicle but they said it was reported wrong and for me not to look at it so I'm not really to believe what I saw but we'll go from here end up giving the car back voluntarily because it broke down on me again 2 weeks ago and just was tired about the back and forth $1,200 sale tax wasted for a vehicle that is actually only worth 4 to 5,000 but they charged me $16,000:( More
Probably the worst dealership I have ever come across. They deceive people into buying cars that are nothing but trouble. They have all of these false policies and promises. I will NEVER EVER recommend th They deceive people into buying cars that are nothing but trouble. They have all of these false policies and promises. I will NEVER EVER recommend these people. It’s disgusting that these people take advantage of hard working people, trying to make a life for themselves and families, with the promises to always be “taken care of it.” I drove my car off the Lott and 2 days later, broke down in the middle of nowhere and they wouldn’t even tow my car back to hot springs, one of my friends had to tow it 2 hours back to hot springs. Since then, the car has broke down on me 2 more times in the middle of nowhere with no service, and still charged and charged me for the problems that they claimed to have “fixed”. Now my car is in a position where it’s going to cost $4500 to fix it( out of nowhere) mind you I keep up maintenance with my car, brand new tires, brand new battery etc, and I owe $6k on the car. The car is worth $1200. I was lied to about how many wrecks it was in etc. I can promise you one thing, these people will have a front row seat at my winning when God steps in. I’m angry, and I’m sick of the harassment about money and payments, when they have done nothing to help or compensate for the trash they sold me. More
Bought a car that I found out has a junkyard motor in it. AC never worked, trunk lid won't open, and wheel covers were put on covering valve stems yet they claimed to check pressure because low tire indicato AC never worked, trunk lid won't open, and wheel covers were put on covering valve stems yet they claimed to check pressure because low tire indicator light was on. $15000 for a junk car. Since first day new certified pre owned vehicle we have had issues. The sale was no problem, I was unaware of the lies the rep was feeding me at first; one was free oil change for life of the loan or unde had issues. The sale was no problem, I was unaware of the lies the rep was feeding me at first; one was free oil change for life of the loan or under certain milage and the second big lie was they will provide a courtesy vehicle if you ever need to use one. Day one driving home from the interstate, the dust shroud from underneath the van came off and check engine light came on. The first thing I did was call Central Auto Sales. Don from service said the dust shroud wasn't a big deal, even though I live on partially dirt Rd, but the main concern I had was the check engine light. The earliest they could get us in was few days after the "love it or leave it" policy. After having been sold a car that the motor blew up on us five months in from Howard Johnson's Auto Mart, I learned to get a second opinion on it prior to the one selling it. Well the first inspection from Central Auto Sales came back with Don telling us that a fuse was the problem, unknown to the printout from AutoZone, which states the O2 sensor and catalytic converter fault code are power train related, NOT A FUSE. So as we drove off the check engine light came back on within a minute of driving, so l called again with them trying to assure me it's no problem. Around 20 days another light came on, wrench light, so I called back and said, hey I have more lights on now, so we need to get it in. After looking at the light further it was because the oil life was below 20%, now we haven't even driven the van no where near 3000miles, so another service lie of a 200pt inspection is fraud. They tried to say we were close to this mile limit they want you to sign to keep the milage down, What they claim is so you can trade it back in. Or do what they tried with us and say the oil life was depleted even though we hadn't reached 3000 miles yet. The side airbag light also came on. Several times I tried to make an appointment, took about a month to get it back to Central Auto Sales. By the time we get it in the side door and rear door quit opening electronically, but once opened it would work when you pushed the button. This time I was just a few days out of neck fusion on C7 so I was sore as you could imagine. After waiting all morning, my pain and patients wore thin so I went to see how long it was going to take. After Don said it was going to be several more hours I asked him for the courtesy vehicle, which he laughed and said "we haven't had a courtesy vehicle in over 3 1/2 years. Now that was big lie two from sales. After paying $100 service fee, and finding a ride to wait somewhere else, by the end of the day they call me to pick it up, trying to charge another $53 for the oil change, told me the $1000 worth of door problems all the sudden is body damage, not electrical so it's not covered in the warranty, "but we can surly finance it into your loan" is the deal. I wasn't happy, seeing the check engine light was never addressed and was still on after I left there. Only having paid for the "free" oil change -sale lie one! They tried to tell me the actuator was bad in the door, lies. First off I have an education in electronics and the input signal to tell the door to open wasn't being made, but once you had the doors open then the electrical button would close the door with the same actuator. Service lies. To prove it the last time my wife took it in(third attempt to fix the check engine light) prior to her visit I went to AutoZone and got a printout of the check engine light codes and after the Central Auto Sales I did the same thing because the light came right back on when she was still in the parking lot. She was told they fired the salesman who sold me the van. I was told just few days after reporting it to the attorney general on 21st the service manager (Pheaton) is not employed by Central Auto Sales now! Shady business, shady service. Kevin called me today to try and finance problems.. More
