Great people to help me find the perfect vehicle. Lemons I traveled all the way to hot springs to buy a car and on the 3rd day I started having trouble starting it. I took that car back and traded it in before my 5th day grace period was up. And wouldn't you know it I started having the same issues with the next car!!!! I brought a friend in with me and and she brought a car and stared having trouble with her car the same day!!!! They will get you in a car but be warned it comes with problems. They are willing to fix it but you have to have a backup car. Customer service is better than the cars!!! More

HORRIBLE BUYERS BEWARE I originally gave central auto sales a 4 star review. Within 4 hours of purchasing my car... check engine light. They definitely got that to go away, however my vehicle has continued to randomly die (while driving down the road with my toddler in it), the motor has sounded bad for quite some time. The front bumper is STILL NOT CORRECT. My sway bar has been loose since day one. The gas cap (which was supposedly replaced with a new one) still doesn't register correctly. I still have horrible gas mileage. This stuff? All started within a week. I have requested a different car. Spoke to the "owners wife". Who pretty much just brushed my concerns off. And Lord forbid you have a family emergency and CAN'T answer your phone when they first call for a payment "friendly reminder". Then you set up an arrangement, are assured it is handled... and by that Monday they proceed to begin calling every reference on your list (when the arrangement you made isn't due until that Friday.) You then speak to FOUR MORE PEOPLE Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.... and you've got all these other folks calling because they discuss IN DETAIL your buisness with your references. In the year of payments with central, and having this envoy.... I have been embarrassed by them calling my personal references with an active payment arrangement and i have been embarrassed that this car will just DIE regardless if its in a parking lot, my driveway, getting on the bypass... whatever. Our truck from there is great. But my "reliable family focused suv"? Its a joke, and they have not honored any part of like it or leave it (hence check engine light within 4 hours of purchasing, took them 2 weeks to get in service... and here i am a year later still paying for a vehicle that is unreliable). Thank you for screwing me... i appreciate making 350.00 a month payments on something i dont even feel safe taking to get groceries. ***update*** The resolution to this is sad. Down grade to a small car or much smaller SUV. Or hand over my car, the $700.00 down payment, $4200.00 in payments and $900.00 in sales tax wasted. =/ Sad. We still are stuck with 1 vehicle there, but we will never return. They can't get it together, and the owners are too busy to handle "loyal" "paying" customers. I have turned all issues over to the BBB & to the Attorney General. They have handled my entire situation poorly at central, and I hate to walk away after being repeat customers However, they do not respect or honor their word. BUYERS BEWARE. And don't fall prey to the "extra warranty" or the "we will handle any issues". IF YOU HAVE PARTS REPLACED: THEY ARE NOT MANUFACTURER PARTS. THEY ARE CHEAP AUTO PARTS, AND THEY BREAK AGAIN WITHIN WEEKS. Motor mounts- replaced twice within a week. Purge valves- 4 or 5 replaced over the year. Evap- still not fixed 7 times on service. 1 loaner car 1 time, entire front end was bad. Rude managers. The list goes on. Ask for the head hanchos name, referred to their lawyer. Wonderful buisness ethics *insert sarcasm* I will say at least Coach personally apologized for their crappy ethics and lack of customer service. More
