M I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota 4Runner through Mandy at Centennial Leasing and Sales. I can't say enough about how amazing this experience was! My mom sold cars for 25+ years, so I know a lot about the buying/trading-in process. I've purchased 7 new cars through dealerships and I know when you do that, you can plan on at least an entire day being devoted to sitting at the dealership. I called Mandy on a Thursday, she told me within minutes that I was approved and then found the EXACT car I said I really wanted. We spoke less than 10 minutes total (not kidding!) on the phone, exchanged 15-20 text messages and a few emails. The new car was delivered to my office the following Friday (a week later), and my trade-in was driven away by the gentleman that delivered my new car! That's it. Literally that simple. I will NEVER buy a car through a dealership again. The best part.... the new car Mandy found was priced better than a 2 year old model with 38,000 miles on it that was at the dealership! Brian allowed me to drive each car down to Castle Rock to show my husband and was ready with the next one when I returned. When I finally found the car I loved, Brian made the purchasing so stress free and I was out of the dealership in no time. There were a few items I mentioned that were a 'problem' with the car and he immediately took the car back to the mechanics and they took care of it. I wasn't sure which type of muscle car I liked because I hadn't driven any of them. Jamie was happy to set up a time for me to drive all three on the same day. The decision was so easy since I literally got out of one and into the next. I decided my favorite was a Dodge Challenger, but I had some specific wants: the B5 Blue paint color and it had to have a manual transmission. Turns out, there was only 1 in the state! Jamie and her contacts at the local Dodge dealer had to wrestle with the dealer who held the car, but in the end they got it done. I am so grateful! The car is even better than I expected. I will certainly be a repeat customer, and I have been recommending Jamie to all of my friends and family. Thanks Jamie! More
