Kurt made it really easy. I just told him what I was looking for and, boom, a few days later I came to pick up my Jeep. The pick-up and paperwork was smooth and easy, as well, and Kurt walked me through everything. Not only that, he had some good bits of advice on the car and even took me to drop off my rental. He brought the car to our house for us to check out and drive. It was dark that night so he brought it back the next morning so we could check it out in the light. When we were ready, Brian brought the car and all the paperwork to our home to finalize. This was by FAR the easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. I love My New Jeep My car died on Sat., so I reached out to Brian Monday, he asked me what I wanted, and by Monday afternoon he had found exactly what I was looking for. The best car buy experience!!! I decided to buy the car I had leased from the original dealership I got the car from. For 2 weeks I got the run around from the managers and leasin I decided to buy the car I had leased from the original dealership I got the car from. For 2 weeks I got the run around from the managers and leasing agents at that site. No one would call me back and I was getting stressed out and worried. My Credit Union put me in contact with Jaime. She is by far the one of the most professional, caring, fast working sales people I have ever worked with. My experience was exceptional. After talking to her the first day, her main concern was to help me. And that she did. She got everything regarding my lease buyout done in 2 days!!! She is professional, fast , and good at what she does. Most of all, she genuinely cares for people and goes out of her way to help her customers. She also helped me with tires for my car.
