I went to purchase a car for my daughter who has her permit and from start to finish the experience was a perfect 10. No high pressure, very knowledgable, and best price I was able to find. Ok what can I say. I really like Downs Ford. They didn't have the usual pressure tactics or i would have left. They found me exactly what I wanted. I usually dread car shopping but they made it a delightful experience. I will be going back there soon for my next car as soon as i get my tax refund. I cant wait. What more is there to say. I proudly display the downs ford license plate bracket on the back of my truck. friendly staff, not pushy (i hate when you park at a dealership and the sales people just come out and attack you!), and very easy going. must be their close proximity to the beach that makes them so laid back :) I have reccomended them to friends who have also had great luck with them! Do yourself a favor...avoid Downs Ford at all costs. If you loke fords....There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there. Downs has charged me $500 for a cracked sub-frame on a new hrbrid.That they s you loke fords....There are plenty of other Ford dealerships out there.
