This is not the just say '5 star' review. After looking and checking and checking, we went to a place where me and my dad have bought in the past. We had groceries in the car and made a stop late in the day on a Saturday (4/4). My wife and I loved looking at the 2015's but figured to remain where we could afford. Chris (Manzo) saw my wife and I checking out the 2015 and waited for us by the showroom. No pressure. The three of us chatted things up while looking at a 2010 Mustang convertible. I was sold at first sight. We had to get our groceries home and said to Chris that we would see him. I'm sure he's heard that so many times. He gave me his personal cell number. We set up an appointment on Tuesday (4/6). In the mean time, my wife and I did some number work via the Ford Motor Company website. Like most, I always feel being overwhelmed going into the dealership to deal with 'sharks'. Chris remembered us right away. We sat and talked about everything. We disclosed we were there for a lease and had a discharged bankruptcy...and we wanted the 2015. We all had an understanding regarding how we could work this out for everyone. Barry Cottrell. Thank you. You worked out numbers so we could have a new car with a very reasonable payment and very reasonable monthly payments. I can't say thanks enough. We did our homework too. With the help of Chris, Barry and my wife and I. We came to a sale. Awesome! Now came the financing. Like I said earlier, we had a discharged bankruptcy. We, like others, are making our way back. Chris Delvecchio took our paperwork and got us approved. I wouldn't touch the 'key' on the desk until I heard a positive thing. Chris came to the cubicle and said "congratulations" and I thought he might be in the wrong cube. He did say being loyal Ford customers helped. When Chris (Manzo) put the temporary plate and inspection sticker (4/20) on OUR NEW CAR, I was elated. With the help of these three men and some homework on my side...the Lees are proud owners of a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang. More
