Worst customer service on the planet. I have attempted numerous times to use this service dept on my brand new Ford. I have made numerous appointments only to have them cancelled, and aski I have attempted numerous times to use this service dept on my brand new Ford. I have made numerous appointments only to have them cancelled, and asking me to reschedule. “THE” guy is never working to fix my car. Top that off with some of the worst service reps I’ve ever personally seen. More

Everyone is courteous and professional, from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove out of the lot. Nicole was referred to me from Jonathan who worked with me through the sales process. She showed knowledge and professionalism and was very helpful. Nick, the business manager, finalized all the paperwork and congratulated me on my purchase. I will continue to do business with Downs as my service center. This is another reason why I choose Downs. Their service center has always shown concern and dedication to their work. I am glad to give Downs my "thumbs up" and rate them as excellent! More

Would rare this dealership as a zero , for they do not have a great inventory as well . Stay clear ! More

Unsatisfactory I purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Mustang. Less than 48 hours with it, it came to my attention that there was a tear in the frame underneath the I purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Mustang. Less than 48 hours with it, it came to my attention that there was a tear in the frame underneath the vehicle. I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager, Joe Patti on 10/12/16. He was very perplexed and told me that he would need to have the vehicle inspected by a Ford technician. The next call I receive, he wanted me to bring the vehicle in for a repair. No explanation, no written estimate. It took until 10/26/16 just for me to receive a written estimate. The estimate listed a 29 step repair process that would essentially have to dismantled the entire front end of the vehicle. To top it all off, the repair shop highly recommends that I do not get this repair. Mind you, the Service department did not convey any of the repair shops concerns to me, and only gave me what I asked after I called Ford Customer service several, several times. Once I had the information I needed in order to make a decision, I called the Sales Department. I literally called nine time, and no one returned my call. It is currently 10/29/16 and still, no return call. I have had to resort to speaking with a Ford Customer Service Regional Manager as a liaison between the dealership and myself. This is the definition of poor service. More
