Leasing I've been coming to Downs Ford for almost three years for service since I moved down this way. I had leased my car up north where I lived previously. I've been coming to Downs Ford for almost three years for service since I moved down this way. I had leased my car up north where I lived previously. They are always pleasant and informative to my needs. Now it was time to turn my lease in and release. This was all new to me since I always owned my cars prior. Tom made me feel comfortable and applied no pressure to me making a decision. In fact the day I met him I was in for a oil change so while I was waiting I went into the show room just to take a look knowing at that time my lease was up in three months. I could have drove out with a new lease that day but I was not prepared to make that decision that day. Here's where Tom gave me all my options said go home think it over come back when you are ready. And I did....straight to him. With his help and knowledge I was able to make a great choice. I would definitely recommend Downs Ford and of course seeing Tom Dunwoody to assist them. Hats off to Tom!! More

Waste of time So sad to be giving downs Ford 1 star but after the lies they fed me this week they lost a lifetime customer. I have been a loyal customer with them f So sad to be giving downs Ford 1 star but after the lies they fed me this week they lost a lifetime customer. I have been a loyal customer with them for 5 years financing/leasing 2 cars from them. However calling and asking a simple question to please keep me in mind when my lease is nearing to an end ended in wasted time and disappointment. One person in particular should not be allowed to answer phones and give information out as she convinced me that I could get out of my lease and upgrade in my budget. After I explained to her that I would be driving an hour both ways to look at a car she was persistent to tell me to come down. When I came in they looked at me like I was a joke and told me she would have never said that and they need to get to the bottom of this. Needless to say I didn’t want to upgrade my car I wanted to know how much longer I had and for someone to keep me in mind. Now they lost a life time customer and wasted mine and my family’s time and don’t really seem to care as they couldn’t even reach out the next day to follow up or apologize. I would never have driven an hour out of my way in traffic if this women didn’t tell me everything was in my budget. I’m so sad that this is what downs ford has turned into especially since it was a place where I felt at home. I will never be returning here and will be taking my business elsewhere. Downs ford she be ashamed for wasting my time, money and miles! More
