We bought a truck from Downs back in 2002 and only recently it finally died and we needed to find a new truck/van in a hurry. We did have someone help us at Downs to search for what we were looking fo recently it finally died and we needed to find a new truck/van in a hurry. We did have someone help us at Downs to search for what we were looking for and I have to say they are amazing, the woman we dealt with did not stop searching and followed up with us to see if we were still searching ourselves as we are from Bergen County, she worked very hard in her search and we are thankful for her being very professional and not quitting but because we were in a hurry we did find one on our own.
