Maria Springer was our sales associate and she treated us with respect, friendliness and even the restraint we needed. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. John Duncsak came over and talked with me like a human being for a while since it was near closing on a Saturday afternoon that I first went to the dealership and we had time to chat. The dealership stood by their online sale price without hesitation and between the mark down the dealership was offering and the rebates available provided a terrific deal for the vehicle we purchased. On pick up date we also dealt with Donato, the financial manager and this was absolutely the easiest experience I've ever had for that phase of the purchase. In fact, the most difficult part of the whole process was probably getting the Ford Connect app installed and activated on my phone and even that wasn't really so bad. Thanks again to Maria, John and Donato for all of their assistance in buying our new car. I would be happy to purchase from them again. More

My daughter was very happy with the way she was dealt with at Downs Ford. So, when I was looking for a new car I went to see Ziggy Matuszewski. I found Mr. Matuszewski to be very friendly, knowledge and most importantly a non-pressure salesperson. My wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with Ziggy. I would also like to give a thumbs up to Business Manager Donato Jensen who was also very friendly and patient with explaining all of the finance options. I had done my research but needed additional information and explanations about my Edge. Ron was very accommodating and patient. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car as well as pulling up 4 to 5 different cars up front for me to look at even tho it was extremely HOT that day!!. The day I picked up the car I spoke with Donato who explained all my purchasing options as well as what they would cost. Donato & Ron made sure that my insurance company was notified and sent all info they required before I left the showroom. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant experience. More
