This was my second car shopping experience at a dealership and I'll admit that I was not looking forward to it. My first experience with a dealership was a very negative experience and I did not kn dealership and I'll admit that I was not looking forward to it. My first experience with a dealership was a very negative experience and I did not know what to expect this time around. Thankfully, my husband who has a decent history with car shopping knew exactly who to go to and put his trust into, and that person is Ron Rosa. I am beyond satisfied with my experience this time around due to the fact that Ron not only knew every detail there was to know about the vehicles but his approach to help me determine what it was that I really wanted and needed was impeccable. I'd also like to mention how helpful Donato Jensen and Joseph Markese in finances were. They made me feel comfortable with the paperwork process as well as offering me some great options that I added on that reassured me that my new vehicle will always be taken care of. Overall, it was a fun, satisfactory experience and I couldn't imagine car shopping at any other dealership. More
