I usually feel like I am being bamboozled and pressured when dealing with car dealers, but Donato and the folks he worked with helped me to be at ease throughout the experience. It came across in both word and actions that Donato and the Downs team were committed to me getting the car that I wanted, not that they wanted me to buy, through a comfortable process. I am used to a dealer doing anything to keep me from leaving the dealership once I seemed interested in a car, sometimes "stalling" my departure for hours. With Donato I came and went, did my research, communicated with Donato by email and phone, and completed the transaction at my pace.
