Been experiencing a grinding noise when making sharp right hand turns particularly on exit ramps and in Tennessee mountains where we live. We took truck in for second time as first time the service advi right hand turns particularly on exit ramps and in Tennessee mountains where we live. We took truck in for second time as first time the service advisor couldn't find a problem. Again this time the sound couldn't be repeated by the advisors or tech but we heard it driving in Clermont. We went and tried to replicate the noise and it was heard in rear differential. On line Chevy trucks have a problem in this area. Wleft the truck 3 days and were called and told the vehicle drives fine under normal driving and the sound surfaces under hard driving. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE YOUR SAFETY MAY BE PUT AT RISK!! More

Went in for a coolant leak and the mechanics put water in instead of coolant. The service manager tried to brush it off, but I insisted they put the correct coolant in to prevent future damage to the engine instead of coolant.
