When we purchased the car in 2020, we also purchased a maintenance plan, tire protection plan and extended extended warranty. After the oil change on Tuesday the 22nd, we were informed that we were out of maintenance plan, tire protection plan and extended extended warranty. After the oil change on Tuesday the 22nd, we were informed that we were out of paid for oil changes. This is odd since the service program was for 60,000 miles and we were at 54,000 miles. This should have been communicated before the work was done and not at the end. As such, we were very disappointed and will be getting oil changes elsewhere so we don’t have to wait 90 minutes. More
