Bought a drive-by-5, sold me a piece of junk and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. Did my taxes and padded the return only to have me owe the IRS. Only had the car 6 months, drivers door fell off twice, took 1 month to get it to pass inspection, had it towed because it died on the way home after being fixed and wouldn't reimburse me. Needed new tires within this time. Entire front end needs to be replaced. And the three people I dealt with in Conesus got fired for money missing (after being called by office to find out if I pay in cash). Called to complain to Joseph Neri himself and he never called back. And recently called to talk to manager in Williamson who made me feel like I was to blame and offered no help what-so-ever. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!!! More
