Great people all around! Just bought two cars from this dealership! I was shocked at how friendly and how willing they were to work with. Usually whenever people go to the dealership it's like getting ready to play football against your rival team. This time, it was kind of like I was I was playing video games with my best bud and he ended up letting me have his games afterwards. It was a pleasant experience buying cars from this dealership. They were also very quick. When I say very I don't mean like 10 minutes, but only a couple of hours. If I had more money I'd buy a Miata from here but you get what I mean! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to steer clear from Hondas to get away from the norm and the hype and to other Mazda enthusiasts like myself! More

As we researched various cars we saw that the Mazda3 had a very high rating. We visited Cavalier Mazda and met our salesman, John Langowski. Our experience with John from the beginning of our purchase to the finish was excellent. He was courteous, very knowledgeable of the car and very willing to work with us to see that we were totally satisfied with our purchase. My wife and I are very pleased with the friendly staff and the professionalism of all involved in our purchase. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I would recommend that you consider Cavalier Mazda. More

However, the price was right on it was still a little over the pre-approved loan my son had. That's were Phil showed us that he wanted to sale this car. He made some great recommendations and worked with us and Navy Federal to get the ðeal done. More

Even though I live in Virginia Beach, based on Cavalier's Great Customer Service reputation, I wanted to shop there instead of a Virginia Beach Mazda Dealership close to my home. I have taught Customer Service classes as part of my former profession before retiring so my expectations are high about being treated well. I made an appointment to drive the CX-5 and was greeted by Phil Wilson which was a great match for my "perfectionist personality". I also met Beau Daniels and had a positive feeling about his communication style with me. After driving the CX-5, I went to another Dealership in Chesapeake to drive a Honda CRV so I could make a comparison between the two SUV's. My Customer Service experience there was fine with the Sales person but not positive with the Sales Manager, and the CRV a disappointment compared to the CX-5. I came home and called Phil Wilson and Beau Daniels and we completed negotiating my purchase of the CX-5. This was a Thursday, my CX-5 was prepared for me to pick up Saturday without me having to drive back to Chesapeake to sign any forms or give them a check before I picked up the car on Saturday. I met with Mark Baillio to go over the different warranty options which he explained with understandable details. Then before I left with the CX-5, Phil took extra time to go over the details of the car, even programmed my cell phone contact list into Bluetooth. Two days later, I called Beau and Phil with some additional questions and they answered my questions politely. So a Great Experience! Kay Meyer More

Treated with honesty at Cavalier Mazda I took my CX9 in to have the brakes looked at. I had a tire repaired at a tire store close to my home and they told me my front brakes were worn out. I took my CX9 in to have the brakes looked at. I had a tire repaired at a tire store close to my home and they told me my front brakes were worn out. The mechanic at Cavalier said they were only about half worn and would be good for at least another year. They could have easily sold me a brake job but did'nt. I bought my CX9 from them 3 years ago and have been servicing it here ever since. Lisa , Scott and John the mechanic are always professional , knowledgable and pleasant to work with. Thanks Cavalier. I just purchased a Mazda 5 from this dealership (sales associate Phil Wilson) a few months back and this April I went back to purchase another used vehicle for my husband. The team at Cavalier Mazda made me at ease during a pivotal moment for my family and I. I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed at any moment of my decision and I was more than happy with both of my vehicles final pricing. Phil Wilson walked my family around and explained everything about the vehicles to terms we would understand and I felt he helped us find the right car for our family. Beau assisted us with credit application and bank lending without any problem. He was more than professional and helpful with answering all of my questions (and I had a ton) all while making pop-corn for my three year old daughter. Finally, Mark in financing and warranty department gave us red carpet treatment while allowing us to better understand how each warranty we chose could help us in being safe and protected. I would highly recommend Cavalier Mazda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. They are truly the best! Thanks guys! More
