Rich was our salesperson and had the car out front and ready to go. My son drove it and the internet price was what I expected. Ford Credit was also able to beat USAA financing rates. Rich got us in and out in around 3 and a half hours, which was pretty good in my opinion. Rich was well versed in all the bells and whistles and explained them perfectly.
