Took multiple visits to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Service Department rarely contacted me - I had to call to find out status. And when I did, I was frequently on hold for at least 20 minutes. Sometimes after waiting 20+ minutes, the Cavalier operator would come back on the line and ask me if I had been helped yet, and/or who I was waiting for. Not a good experience at all. . . and I do not recommend the Service Department at Cavalier Ford at Chesapeake Square. More

Previously visited 3 Chevy dealerships- Priority, Hall, Duke & (didn't bother with Rick Hendrick Completely blown away with my car buying experience! Previously visited 3 Chevy dealerships- Priority, Hall, Duke & (didn't bother with Rick Hendrick whom never returned my 2 calls). GM has lost my business for life; their ENTIRE sales staff need to visit Cavalier Ford to see how its truly done! What more can I say about the following: David Applewhilte (sales consultant), he was attentive, direct, patient & truly genuine. Larry Loewenthal (sales manager), physically engaged with me on numerous occasions only to see how everything was going. A characteristic I've never observed in the 3 decades of car buying. Frank Girouard (Finance), the following day painlessly modified the original sales contract to omit an item I no longer wanted. They have earned my future business, which isn't easy to announce since I've never purchased back-back vehicles from the same dealership. Additionally, they also impressed my wife, which says masses. She also plans to purchase her next vehicle here. More

We gave him our bottom line price, what we needed on our trade and he made it all happen without us even BEING at the dealership. We worked together via email and phone and the paperwork was ready to roll when we arrived to pick up our new car. It could not have been easier and we could not be happier. The sales manager as well as Zack were very easy, eager to work with us and provided us the best customer service we have experienced in the industry to date. Danny was busy with another customer so we went out to look at the focus's. While we were looking at vehicles Danny came out with the key to the vehicle we were looking at. He knew before we did that this was the car we were going to buy. I have purchased moany new cars over the years, but never have I had the expierience I've had at Cavalier Ford.
