I was on vacation from Canada and my Rogue transmission failed. I was directed to speak to Greg who, I guess, was the service manager. Greg pretty much told me to get lost. He said he had transmission work backed up “for months “. I asked where else I could get help. No response. After much effort, I finally managed to get from him that there were Nissan dealerships in Atlantic City and Toms River. I asked which was closer; he had no clue. Finally another person sitting nearby thought Toms River might be closer. I asked Greg is he had a telephone number for them. He gave me a number and that was it. No more info. I left at that point and dialed the number. And, just like Greg, it was not in service. More

I had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. I am a college student in my final year of undergrad and I had to bring my car in for a transmission repair. The service technician called me and quo I am a college student in my final year of undergrad and I had to bring my car in for a transmission repair. The service technician called me and quoted me $40 the repairs so I told him to go ahead and do it, thinking it was just to change out the sensor. The next day I showed up and they gave me a bill for $4300! I was furious and demanded to know why the bill was so drastically different from what I was quoted. The service tech then started arguing with me and saying that he had replaced the whole transmission and quoted me the correct price. Keeping in mind that I would NEVER have agreed to a repair job that was so expensive, i would have simply taken my car back and gone elsewhere. Obviously lines got crossed somewhere and i had to deal with it. So if you pass this place, do yourself a favor and keep driving. More

Terrible customer service. Numerous problems with 2015 Sentra. Multiple calls to service technician Johnthan and to his manager Paul. No phone calls were returned. Every time I go in, it's been someth The service area was the only reason I had left with dealing with Nissan as a company, but I have lost all faith. Every time I go in, it's been something. From requesting a tire rotation and then only to find out when I was told my car was ready, that oh, your tires are fine. Excuse me, if I asked for them to be rotated, I want it done. I have also gone in the past for a transmission fluid change only to be told they don't do that since it's a "sealed" unit. A few months later I come in and now they are telling me I should get my transmission fluid changed. Countless times I have asked for bulbs to be replaced or windshield wipers to be changed, only to go to my car and notice they weren't done. Get it together Nissan, or you will be the next car company to be out of business. More

When I came in a couple days later to pick up my car Gregg was out so I dealt with the rude guy next to his desk. I told him I was picking up my car and he said I have to pay for the $600.00 Radio. I said I don’t pay for parts I didn’t get yet. He got so pissed he turned to his parts guy and said call Bobby these people are trying to rip us off for a 600.00 radio,right in front of us. How rude is that. I wanted to go over the desk and rip his head off. I never said I was not bringing the car back. You need to get some customer service training. I waited for Bobby but of course he never came. I would never ever step foot in that building ever again and neither will anyone I know. I have been in the customer service industry for 25 yrs and would never treat a customer like that. More
Dealing with Greg in the service department makes life easy. I know that he will take care of my car's service requirements and will fully explain any problems that need to be addressed.
