I arrived for my "appointment" on time. There were 3 service writers in the service center. Amber, is who I made the appointment with. There were 2 other service writers doing nothing. Amber was tied up on a phone helping a customer with a warranty issue, I asked the other 2 service writers if I could drop off my Truck for the service. They told me I had to wait for Amber, who was clearly busy. I asked if they could just take the key as I was dropping it off and they said NO. WOW....I spoke to the manager of the dealership, he said he was sorry and frustrated with the inefficient system, but DID NOTHING. There are people all over the service department doing nothing but sitting on their butts looking at their phones. Nobody offered to help. Clearly they are not interested in my business. We just left. I WILL NEVER, EVER go to Castle Rock Ford for ANYTHING. They have lost my business forever. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT there. Avoid at all COST. More

They have an extensive inventory of new & quality used vehicles. The dealership seemed to be understaffed the day we picked up our car and it took quite a while to finish our purchase and get on the road vehicles. The worst ever, and GM has no concerns whatsoever for customer satisfaction. I have reached out to Ford, and no feedback. Everything went great until the recall service was complete and it was time to return the vehicle same day using the valet service. There were no drivers available. In fact, the vehicle could not be complete and it was time to return the vehicle same day using the valet service. There were no drivers available. In fact, the vehicle could not be returned until 11:00am the next day after being promised same day service and return. This is not acceptable. I was hoping the dealership would redeem itself this time after a terrible experience the only other time I used Castle Rock Ford for service on my 2018 Edge. It is unlikely I will use this dealership again. Hire more drivers! More
