Found my dream car and was able to make the purchase but the process was extremely slow and staff needed two or three calls/emails before responding. Lastly, the financial institution we chose for the loan was not utilized and that change was not communicated with us. We only learned that when we received information from a different bank leaving us curious about who to make payments to. Again, all without communicating. We would not work with this dealership again, but we did get an amazing vehicle. More
