I purchased my 2001 F-150 from MedVed, from Don Graham. On a regular basis, I would bring my truck in for service. The service reps and mechanics have been excellent. I always bring my truck to MedVed Ford at Castle Rock. I have always been treated with courtesy and great service. The current Quick Lane rep is Chris. He has been very courteous and helpful. On our first visit the 2011 Explorers was not yet available. Dimitry promised to call us when one came in, which he did within hours of the first one's arrival even though it was his day off. I recently purchased a new truck thru MedVed Ford in Castle Rock. Although they did not have the exact color/features I was looking for in their inventory, the sales manager, Steve Sigler, located a tr Castle Rock. Although they did not have the exact color/features I was looking for in their inventory, the sales manager, Steve Sigler, located a truck in another state and had it shipped in. Upon arriving home with my new truck I realized there was a serious problem, it would not fit in my garage. Unfortunately, the dealer who sent the truck sent a long box when MedVed/I had requested a short box. I immediately notified Steve who told me it would be absolutely no problem to return the truck and he would immediately begin a search for a new one. A new truck was located at a dealership in Missouri and shipped to Colorado. I had to wait a couple extra weeks, but the wait has been well worth it! The service I received from Steve was outstanding and I will certainly purchase my next vehicle thru him as well. More
