Had a bad battery on a power stroke diesel that was under warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). Because it was under warranty I was there for three hours a warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). I had a recall on my 2016, 250 Ford pickup. I called in and Joel S. had it fixed and ready within the hour, thank you Joe. But the manager of that dept. has problems getting back to you.
