Had a bad battery on a power stroke diesel that was under warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). Because it was under warranty I was there for three hours a warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). I had a recall on my 2016, 250 Ford pickup. I called in and Joel S. had it fixed and ready within the hour, thank you Joe. But the manager of that dept. has problems getting back to you. I called three times and left a message regarding the recall. Never heard back from him. I finally left a nasty message including the GM and was called back the same day. Saying the part was not available yet and would get a call as soon as they came in (no call). I called again a couple months later and Joel took care of it like a pro. More
