Excellent Cuatomer Service! We had several friends recommend Castle Hills Motors. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Jamie. He went above and beyond. I went in and he showed me the trucks and I liked this white chevy. I told him I had 1500down. He said to let him work. I had to put 2000 down but they let me bring the last 500 in next week. He really did work wit me and they really cared about getting me in the truck. It took a long time but I got the truck and I love it. I'm gonna bring my brother in to get one too. More
Be Wary I purchased a Toyota Prius Plug-in from out of state a few months ago. The buying experience was generally good, and salespeople were helpful. They di I purchased a Toyota Prius Plug-in from out of state a few months ago. The buying experience was generally good, and salespeople were helpful. They did not want to negotiate, and I paid full price for a car that I thought was, and has turned out to be, a good deal. My only issue arose when I got to the dealer, and the car did not have the charging cable, as it was advertised. They promised to ship a new one, so off I went. After a month and a half of waiting, and another month of calling every other day after work, I still did not have the cable. They claim to have shipped the cable but are somehow unable to send the tracking number. Just make sure you drive off the lot with everything you agreed to. More
Buy here for a broken vehicle On Thursday July 6th, I spoke to Jamie and George. I was in a desperate situation. My previous car broke down And I could not get parts to repair it On Thursday July 6th, I spoke to Jamie and George. I was in a desperate situation. My previous car broke down And I could not get parts to repair it and get it fixed. I reached out to many dealerships and Castle hills would work with me to get a car, and they did. I got a deal and a warranty for it that I was told would cover me the moment I left the lot. No less than 24 hours later a check engine light came on. I took it in, had it looked at and it needed a monor part replacement. Was told to come back to get it fixed, so I did. I went on Tueday July 10th to have it fixed, something the couldn't do that day and was given a loaner vehicle. I picked my vehicle up on Thursday july 12th. On friday july 13th on my home at Preston and George bush, the vehicle died in the intersection, and I contacted George who said he would call me saturday. That call never came. When I did call I was pretty heated and stressed given that saturday was my birthday as well, and I was brushed off and not listened too. I took it to a mechanic near my house to have the issue diagnosed and make a claim with the warranty. Cracked intake manifold. Contacted the dealership, told the warranty was not in effect. Was offered to have it fixed at the dealership on July 17th after having to go there and talk to them, and had the vehicle transported to them for repairs on the 18th, no loaner. I was told I would get updates, and I would be contacted, but I was not contacted. No updates when I asked, for the first day, and then 'waiting on part' and the whole impression I was given is that they could and were willing to just wash their hands of me to be done and xxxx me. Knowing that the vehicle I just bought was was out of comission for a week at that point, and that the part 'should' be delivered 7/23, and then no part 7/24, as I am writing this, and no word on anything. Each point of contact, I have had to initiate and get resolved on my own. They are dismissive and uncaring. I was repeatedly told 'I didn't make money on this deal' which I find is bull. If you don't make money on a deal, you are doomed to fail. Update 7/25: The part was not ordered, and I have been lied to for a week, but it has been ordered today...maybe. Update 7/26: No word or contact from the dealership. It has now been 12 days since I could drive my car. The least that could be done is call the person who's car you've held hostage for 8 days. There's a moral and right thing to do, but these people do not care about the right thing. Update 7/27:Contacted dealership via text and call, was told over first call that they would check in with mchanic, and owuld get a call back, this was around 11am. I called back around 2 to 3 pm and still no contact with mechanic or any contact returned. 7/28: No contact either way. 7/29: Told ready tuesday. 7/31: Car not ready, another 'part' is needed, ready by noon Wednesday 8/1: Car not ready again, part not delivered or what I was told, got no information, multiple calls, but no answers. i did raise my voice to George. 8/2: 10:15 am: Called, point of contact is not there, no word on when they will be in. 12:17 pm: George called, car is ready, was very short with me over the phone. Arrived at the dealership approx 30 minutes later, George looked at me turned around, went inside got my keys, handed them to me and was very short and curt with me 'Just to let you know from here on out anything that happens is on you, we've spent an awful lot of money on this. So, to note, I purchased the vehicle 7/5, I had the first check engine light come on 7/6, and then it was 'fixed' on 7/12, with the manifold issues on 7/13, and was towed to the dealership on 7/18. It was returned 8/2. So out of 28 days, 2 days without a check engine light, out of commission for 20 days of when I wrote this. My suggestion is to never visit this company, never do business with these people, and do not entertain them, or allow them in your lives. These people are liars and will put you in a situation like this. I emptied my accounts, my savings to get a car I needed that was xxxxed up and they more than likely knew it. Jamie, Eddie, and George are all good at what they do, and that is making money for themselves and selling cars. Do not spend money here. Read the reviews. Read what people have written. Do not spend your money here. Do not do business with these people. It will cost you more money than you can't really afford. More

Castle Hills Motor cheating customer I bought a car, I want to pay off, but Eddie persuaded to finance it. I said OK, then he tried to persuade to buy the protection package service for $ I bought a car, I want to pay off, but Eddie persuaded to finance it. I said OK, then he tried to persuade to buy the protection package service for $1000.00 (he will make $200.00 out of this). First I agreed because he told me I can cancel at anytime. He gave me only one key. I asked him the other key and the remote. He said I can report to the MBPI insurance company that I lost the key and remote so they can pay to make the new ones for me. When I got home I did not feel comfortable with the lying, I contacted the MBPI to cancel it. They agreed and told me to talk to the selling company to get the money back. I called Eddie he told me the loan company will send me the $1000.00 within 6 weeks. Now, 4 months later I called the loan company they told me to call the selling company to get the money back. I called Eddie, now he said that I canceled therefore I lost my $1000.00. It means that money will go to his pocket. What do you think ? I I pay 1000.00 he will made commission for $200.00. I cancel he make $1000.00. I do not know this 1000.00 will be going to straight to his pocket or he has to share with his boss !!!!!! More
