Do not buy a car here! Lied and messed up everything! I was told, "yes, you can use a credit card and you'll get the points." Well, the placed a cash advance on my credit card, instead of a purchase charg I was told, "yes, you can use a credit card and you'll get the points." Well, the placed a cash advance on my credit card, instead of a purchase charge. This caused me not to get points and to be charged $255 immediately in interest charges. He agreed to send me a check for $130 for approximately half of the interest charges, and the credit card company would credit me $125. That was on May 28, 2019. I have still not received the check.They sent a check to the DMV made out to the wrong name in the wrong amount for license plates and title. From May 15, 2019 to June 18, 2019, they had not even started to get license plates for the car. Now, July 11, 2019, the car still has temporary plates. The dealership requested a COPY of my social security card AFTER the contract was signed and loan approved. I have NEVER been asked to provide that to purchase a house, let alone a car! The same week the car was purchased, the oil light came on. I was told that they changed the oil, but just didn't reset it...they LIED the oil was blacker than black! I don't know what else they could have screwed up. More

They constantly lie to the banks they use i prove it by my credit and the 4 different contracts they given us. We got a cosigner and now my cosigner is the primary owner of it... Hmmm not cool they told us its how it was suppose to be and really never heard of this. The tags came in after 4 months. And gyess2 what it's in my cosigners name. My credit plus my cosigner has drolped absput 40 points.. Thinking of giving my info to a lawyer to deal with because god knows Erica the receptionist is trash and very unprofessional. Wish i could say something nice but this has been the most stressful process ever. And this is suppose to be an experience to remember. Thanks castle hill motors. More
