Service was needed on both exhaust manifolds on 2013 ram. Was covered under warranty. had this work been done before at another dealership? parts needed to be ordered "This was not unexpected". While the truck was in, the dealership looked over some of my other concerns and made repairs as expected. The dealership had our truck for over 2 weeks but to be fair, they had to wait for parts. had two issues when I picked up the truck. Some fender fasteners were missing and the hood latch sensor stopped functioning. Service corrected both issues on the spot. This is the second time we have taken the truck in at this dealership for service besides oil changes. . will continue. to . More
The cover for the engine is missing, there is another pa el underneath the car that is also missing, my radio is scratched, the work I asked to do was not done at all!!!!! I asked for the boot on the tie ro el underneath the car that is also missing, my radio is scratched, the work I asked to do was not done at all!!!!! I asked for the boot on the tie rod to be looked at on the passenger side, ok, I paid for a new tie rod, the boot is still torn the same as I left it, and the boot on the other side is torn as well, leaking grease all over the back of the wheel, could ya at least inform someone of these thing's!!!! Is that too much to ask??!?!??! Job took 5 weeks ... I know, it has to do with the warranty company dragging things... but come on... More
