I would recommend for service as my guy Mike was good. I was disappointed that I scheduled service time over a week in advance, brought my car in on Thursday morning around 9am and my car wasn't touched u I was disappointed that I scheduled service time over a week in advance, brought my car in on Thursday morning around 9am and my car wasn't touched until Friday. I had to rent a car and this delay made my Friday difficult. Mike did all he could to accommodate but not a great experience. My purchase experience a few years ago was terrible. But I'm guessing the sales manager from back then may be gone. More
The service at Jeep of Naperville is fantastic! The customer service I received here went above and beyond! Nick A. was my service advisor and he was extremely helpful with the whole process! Something that really stood out to me was that he explained every single part of the process. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, he explained what was going to be done to my car in a way that I could comprehend. He was super friendly and helpful. The service director Mario G. was also super helpful and assured me that the problem with my car would get resolved. The check engine light was on in my jeep and the problem was found and solved within 1 day. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my visit at Jeep of Naperville. I am not the type of person to complete reviews, but I believe that great customer service and kind people should get the recognition they deserve. I will be going back for my next oil change and all other service needed! More
Came in for a routine oil change. Very next day my calipers seize and transmission stops shifting correctly, resulting in additional $1,500 repairs. Greeted by Kayla, who introduced herself with a smile as my Service Advisor. I explained to her I had an appointment for an oil change & service. She got the ball rolling and after getting my information, o my Service Advisor. I explained to her I had an appointment for an oil change & service. She got the ball rolling and after getting my information, offered to show me where the waiting room was, but I already knew. About an hour later she found me and told me the vehicle was done, and went over the things that may need attention at some point. I paid and she even walked me to my Grand Cherokee. Great customer service!!! More
They had my car for 36 days. The communication was very poor. I would call Joe and he was never at his desk to answer, and after leaving a voicemail for him to call me back most The communication was very poor. I still to this day, don't understand what was wrong with my car and what parts were replaced. I was given a loaner car but it was not equal to the car that I purchased from the dealership just 2 months prior. I paid a car note for a car that I did not have for one month and I bought the car brand new. There just seemed to be no sense of urgency to get me my vehicle back. I had to go into the shop to get answers because when I called someone told me they would call me back and never did. I even called and asked to speak to a manager and they told me no one was available. I regret buying my vehicle from this location and will not purchase another car from them. More
There was No follow up or communication between sales and service department. I originally bought my car from this dealership, paid it off and was looking to upgrade to a family vehicle, but no one seemed in service department. Even when I went in for a recall on my Chrysler 300 no one told me what it was for and at the end I asked again and they said a computer upgrade. Whatever that means. More
